I own a .COM & .ORG of a keyword domain name - WHICH ONE TO DEVELOP?

HI guys..

I own www.???????motels.org and motelsin???????.com (i dont want to release the real names yet)

Which domain would be better SERP (SEO) ...as I will eventually sell ad space or ADSENSE on them - once they start getting traffic

so which one would you develop into a site (about 7 pages for now)? and why would you choose it?

well i have been reading that .com is better than .org. But does it really matter? anyone with experience in this same scenerio?

 

I agree with Grim Reaper, it does not really matter which one you develop.

However, I personally like .coms and will rather go with that. The reason being that the majority of people around the world are familiar with the .com extension and they have much greater resell value than the other extensions.

 

From an SEO perspective, it doesn't matter. A .com is always better if you have 2 names that are exactly the same, but go with the one that has the best keywords that you are trying to get search engine traffic for

develop the .com and point the other one to the same website. Corner the market for all domains or at least the extensions that people might try to brand
