I ordered something, but the product is still not delivered.

I was googling for cheap WoW gold, and I found this site: www.oofay.com

It says your gold will be delivered within 5-40 minutes. Now, 4 days later I still don't have it. I spoke to the company through live chat multiple times, the first time, they promised my gold within 2 days. The second time they promised me my gold as soon as possible, and the third time they promised me my gold within 6 hours, or a refund within 12 hours. The last chat was 10 hours ago, and I still don't have the gold, so I once again visited the live chat. I asked politely for a refund, which will take them another 12 hours.

What can I do about this? They promised me my gold within 5-40 minutes, which is now 4 days! Can I sue them or something? I needed the gold badly.

How did you pay them? If it is by credit card or paypal you most likely can do a chargeback to recover the funds that way but it may help if you have their written (ie email) conformation that a refund is supposed to have been sent etc

As to suing them, if you think it is worth a trip to the USA to sue them (remember that in small claims court you cannot claim expenses) then go for it but 4 days aint going to wash with a judge, life simply takes longer than that

Chances are you paid with paypal. File a claim with paypal, and the amount will be frozen on their account. If paypal dosnt hear anything back within an alloted time, they usually refund your money.

Now if they argue back that it was delivered and there is no proof otherwise, it may be harder and be declared intangable. Also depends if the account has a history of un delivered items.. ect.. ect

i've bough Runescape gold from a site that sells online games gold before.
Take my tips: Never trust them with the timing. The site i was in was "10minutes-1hour delivery" and after 2 hours i still didn't have my gold. They were just hanging on me on the live help system.
I don't know if you can sure them tho

If its a virtual product paypal will not give the money back, I suggest you file a clain with paypal stating that they would give you a refund but you have not received one.

The minute you mention virtual product they will close the case.

Just purchase it from a recognised site, hopefully you will learn that the cheap way isn't always the best way.
