guys i unknownly open paypal from my proxy software!! so my account is in tamporary limtitation!!! i don't have credit card to it is hard to resolve it !!!!i have 500$ in my account!!! how to take my money back!!! ......................................... i receive this money from my ads network (within 45Days) so i want to refund my money with ads network and later send me in another pay pal id? is this a good option or it is alloud to make new pay pal? .............................................. i change my password and security questions... but i can't link to my credit card!1 i send them 1 pic of my bank card!!! .............................................................................. . please guide me
You can call them on their toll free number 1-888-221-1161. If you don't want to be charged. You can make this call through skype. And get your account verified using CC or VCC.
yeah.. ofcourse.. you can add a VCC and then get ready b'coz paypal is now going to ask for identity proof and residence proof (utility/telephone bill).. scan it.. upload it and done!.. within 3-4 working days.. your account shud be back rolling..
If paypal doesnt lift your account ask your advertising firm to reverse charges to get the money out.
i just lifted from limitation and again i got limited by another reason!!!! reason is this "As a security measure, we regularly screen PayPal activity. Recently, we noticed a problem with your account. Our system detected an unusual use of funds from a bank account linked to your PayPal account." .... i m trying to withdraw my money(500$) via wire china bank transfer then i got limited is it normal to get limited or i can't withdraw my money!!!! i upload my doc. again ad send them .... waiting for there response
