I only have one page indexed on google - my friend has 280 - how did he do it?

    is your navigation ok??
    you have to link your all inner pages well( link it to each one).
    submit sitemap.xml file
    submit robotos.txt file

    I can only assume that you either use a flash menu or maybe some heavy javascript.. You may also want to check your header info to see if you have a noindex/nofollow in there.

    Make sure your site has clean anchor text links for navigation, and that should help out a lot.
