I only exchange links with sites that are PR3 or higher

I just went to a site (link page) that stated "I only exchange links with sites that are PR3 or higher..."

But their site (homepage and run of site) is a PR0

    What sense does this make??

This means he don't know nothing about PR and only a fool would exchange link with him. It takes work and knowledge to obtain PR3 and above. So he got his work cut out for him.

Exchanging links for PR value alone show an ignorance of the true value of links.

    Traffic :D

The guy has a right to exchange links with whomever he wants for whatever
reason he wants. It's his website.

I don't see the point of calling him arrogant and ignorant.

    :(

So Many people do the same as the guy in question.
I see many sites with a PR0 wanting an exchange of only sites with PR3 or higher.
The thing that baffles me, is that when i look on most of there link pages, they have actually got people exchanging with them....
    Strange one indeed.

Yes This guy reserves right to do there , But there is a bit innocense on him/her
If my site is PR0 (And it's still 0 after luanched 2 weeks)
I'll says Please please exhange the link (With any PR) instead of "THIS SITE RECIPROCAL ONLY WITH PR3+"

I agree, though sometimes you see many links pointing to that site and consider a good exchange in mid-term.

I see no point in calling him arrogant and ignorant either. I don't mind saying that he's missing the true value of links though.
