I dont use profile links or blog coments or other stupid short term spam tactics. I will do both on and offpage. I am not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Its simple. Please read this carefully - depending how much work it is i require a signed contract, you also get a signed contract from me so its save for both of us - you also will get a bill for your tax statement - I dont do adult, finance, gambling, viagra - i dont do very hard keys. Not that i am not able to but i simply dont have the time for such time consuming projects at the moment - i only do seo for google For Payment i normally ask for a fixed monthly sum + a fixed sum for first page ranking. I mostly make it 50% fixed and 50% for successful first page. All Payments are ongoing. For very easy projects i offer some dropped prieces after some time. This is because some projects dont need much attention once Top rankings are reached. This is mostly only for very weak keywords. If you are interested please pm me.
