Everyone is selling links on JUNK websites.... basically dropped domains and fake templates that look like crap Do you guys know where you can buy text links on GOOD sites..... that Google gives credit for... not these junky ones? Thanks! - GoogleLuva
You could try checking out some of the other marketplace forums out there. SitePoint has a section, so does NamePros and DNForum I believe.
What do you expect? Most of the links that you can find in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum are dirt cheap. Google will kick you out of business anyhow once they find out that you buy or rent links. Instead focusing on buying links it is much smarter to strategically build your web presence that you do not need to buy any links.
Mostly majority of the sites ins BST section are made to sell links or blogposts on them, and i agree that quality really suffers on those, but you can always find good websites on search engines and directly content them for link purchase etc.
Basically if you advertise that you're buying links, you need to read through quite a lot of junk in the PMs but there are a few good ones. The ones that make me laugh are the ones with really random domain names, like oiweudkfwoerudsfkwe.com (get a decent domain name, dammit) and the ones that say business blog at the top using the standard Wordpress template and the domain name is something like ilovecuteandfluffykittens.com (coz it was PR4 when they bought the dropped domain so obviously some mug is going to hand over $100 for a blogroll link).
Yup many people who are selling links here , just make the websites for selling the links , so quality would not be that good , though you can always get some good links , but if you have to look through a lot of crap(or whatever you call it).
It's true but I have found a DP user who sells articles AND post your articles on his blogs, it costs $15 for an article with 2 links in it and posted on one of his blog. I bought 13 of them lately (before I bought some for another site) and I use the articles also on my site, so the articles are only in two places, on my site (all 13 of them) and one on each of his blogs. His name is DON, he has thousands of posts here and is trustable, I can found you back his username if you wish.
I found one that had poorly written copy for the links (of known sites in my industry) making me think they were made up (in other country) and planted to get others to pay for a link.
