Jeez.. do you want to win an argument or do you want to be accepted by Google? Don't mind the other big web sites that have legitimate deals with content providers (and pay good money for them! How much did you pay?) and mind about about having a worthwhile web site, not some copy paste job that nobody wants to visit or respectable advertising companies would want to sponsor because you're breaking copyright laws.
