I need..

..about 3-4 GBs of space, 50GB bandwidth, to be able to host unlimited sub-domians and add-on domains.. aswell as the basic crap like cPanel & Fantastico. But on top of that, I would like to be able to register domains with the host. Is there one out there?

try consider bluehost or hostmonster. both are well established.
bluehost having 285k domain hosted. 6.95/mth.
and both are unlimited domain hosting with very cheap pricing. i using them

else you can try cirtexhosting, no comment on this. havent use them yet.
