OK, I have a company website in the home improvement niche. It's our real life company website. Attached to this website is a HUGE home improvement related directory with over 900,000 listings. Many of the pages (130,000) are indexed, but not all of them. I want to get them ALL indexed so I'm going to buy a pr7 or pr8 link in the hopes Google will index the whole directory. My question is this: When buying the link, should I point the high PR link at www.domain.com/directory or if I point it at www.domain.com will it still have the same effect getting the directory indexed?
If your purpose is to get the whole directory listed, do get the link to point to the directory URL. Deeplinks are better for SEO in most circumstances.
Pointing to the directory is a better choice. As what has been mentioned by kh7, you should also try to grab deep inbound links to your directories' pages.
Hello, Buy links in high PR will help you, but writing content and submitting it to social networks like digg will help you Jakomo
