Can I get some peoples opinion on this design (image attached). Would you say it is a Web 2.0 design? Any suggestions you might have? Thanks!
I think it's a clean layout but I wouldn't say it looks Web 2.0ish. Also, is the site called TravelingDog.net, or is that just an advert? If it is just an advert, I think you need a more definative header for your site, and to integrate the ad banner with the layout rather than having it just slotted in at the top. As I said, nice, clean layout - but looks pretty much like every other generic store site on the net. Jazz it up a little with vibrant and contrasting colours, and more eyecatching graphics, maybe? Depends what you're going for, really.
I like it; it's a good balance of text and graphics, cleanly presented, and easy to navigate. Good work on this .
