New website, very high competative keywords. I have 2 questions
1. Can I optimised and promote website only with 2 keywords?
2. Can I avoid to buy links from other webs ( not payable directories) or I have no chance without them to bring web in Google top 5

yes you can. use free dirs and bookmarks. post on some blogs and add links under forum posts.

 

1. Yes you can, it should not be much trouble at all for someone that is very knowledgeable about SEO.

2. Just use free link directory websites and reciprocal link directory websites.
