I need your opinion: Possible Portfolio Design

I am just looking for some opinions on this design. It is a new design I may apply on my portfolio. I think it is sleek and fits my style, but I would like some criticism. I plan on making it a one-page portfolio. What do you guys think?

I guess it's ok, works fine for a starter portfolio. You should make that upper right graphic more complicated... But anyway, it looks cool.

 

It is not intended as a starter portfolio. I have been freelancing for almost a year.

Hm, maybe I should scrap this...

yea i like it, its clean and professional, good as a one pager!

 

So far so good.

But if you have more work, then I cannot recommend this as its only good for a few works. For a larger portfolio, you need a complete page with your work.

But nice design. I like it.

 

I plan on putting more work, but the two there are just examples.

Not bad. The red might be too bold for me, but the layout is good.

Also, I have had a few people say that I need to improve my typography. Anybody have suggestions?

well, I think you still count as a starter, one year in graphic design isn't that much. But for one year in graphic design- really good.

 

I like it, its quite good. I think you should increase the line and letter spacing in the text, it looks too cramped up.

 

its looking good. please add some more example and some details so client can read and understand your quality with work experience.

 

Nice design! You really need to clean up the letter spacing though..after that..a 9/10!

 

Let me clarify that. I like the letter spacing on the logo. It looks like you kept it at the same spacing for the content text though. Change that and justify the content text to follow the lines of your boxes and you will have a winning design!
