Super Affiliate Handbook by Rosalyn Gardner is a good one...I read that after reading Google Cash and eventually "graduated" from doing the "Google Cash" system to driving traffic via other means to affiliate sites--all the way to creating my own products. Rick
SEObook.com is one of the better ones, but realistically to learn this stuff it's something you have to do through experience. 99% of the ebooks out there are just trying to make a quick buck off you. Go out and build a website, and learn as you go through your own methods.
