Hi there, Last month CWM (my christian website) went offline, after several emails i recieved a reply telling me it was because the 'topsite' directory hosted on it nearly crashed the server, as a result the admins at webkoreserver.co.uk (who host CWM for a fee) removed the 'topsites' page. Yesterday the website went offline again, after several emails i got a responce. I have just been told that CWM has apparently crashed webkoreservers server and that its because of the 'topsites' script on it, however this script was removed last month! I have just been told that this may result in our site being deleted, even though it isnt our fault! I have spent many months making the website and dont want to see it deleted, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? The servers have just came under new management, and since the new managment customer service has gone downhill, now the idea that my site maybe deleted is really worrying me! Any help given is greatly appreciated Many Thanks
If you can access is right now then get a new host and have it transferred asap, if not you better hope they don't delete your files before the server is back online.
I think you should host on a more powerful server to avoid all these downtime.. the more downtime you have, the lesser visitors you get day by day..
