Looks good. I would suggest maybe making the banner a little simpler. There's kind of a lot going on and it's a little distracting. Other than that, looks pretty good.

 

Loaded fast for me, graphics look nice. To be honest, I think content is primary, design really secondary. Many people have successful blogs with really basic designs and still make tons of money.

Yes i accept but i thought of making some thing attractive and unique.

 

to me it looks like very poor images, you can work upon better images than the you have applied here...

The content is really nice..all you have to do is use the pictures to synchronize with the content and make it more effective..remember effective is the word

 

Design is good, content placement is good, but wordpress provide more intuitive designs. i suggest you to change the design a little bit.
