I Need Your Help for Newspaper Ad for Client! $20 3 day contest Quick paypal payment

I really need some help!
My client just sent me a publisher file with art work and a concept ad for a newspaper ad.
It looks bad, hard to tell what is the point of the ad because there is so much happening in the ad.

He needs a 10 x 5 ad.
I will attach the publisher files.

Please see what you can come up with.
I am not crazy about how half the ad is covered with small circles showing things that may or may not be able to be seen in the newspaper.

I think the message needs to be bigger- 0 down solar leasing and the your solar and more store. The phone # bigger for sure, the website url bigger.

Actually you can use the attached artwork or you can NOT use it at all.... it is up to you- show me what ideas you have!
This is for a newspaper so small print and lots of clutter will not work.

There also needs to be a call to action- Call for more info today
