It's going to be a lot of work to market a site in several languages. You're going to need to outsource a lot of this. Plus, have you had an SEO person look at your site? Try getting some search engine optimization for the site. It also might be a good idea to try Adwords and try to find a long tail keyword that you can use to get cheap clicks. Making videos for Youtube will help a lot too.
Adsense is ok but you need some other offers on there related to your content for visitors to buy. Adsense alone will not make you enough money with only one website and minimal traffic. As for getting traffic, there are lots of free methods for driving visitors, like article marketing, social media advertising like Twitter and so forth. Good luck!
