I need your help :D

    I did something truly stupid and was wondering if anyone here could offer me a solution.

    Today I was playing around with one of my hosting accounts and by mistake deleted my WordPress blog. I’m using cute FTP, is there anyway to restore my files or are they long gone?

    unless your hosting has some kind of backing up facility then no. They will have one, but i'm not sure if they will let you have access to it, worth asking.

    Contact your host immediately and ask them if they have any recent backup of your wp blog.

    Always make a habit to take backup once every week or month at least (depends how you update your blog).

    Always make a habit to take backup each time ,now you can check your computer and find your thing back
