I need your help about Yahoo account

Hey, mighty DPs, I need your help. My Yahoo Account has been suspended with no reason. An E-mail told me that because I had posted some spam in Yahoo answers.

"You have posted content to Yahoo! Answers in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. As a result, your account has been suspended.
If you feel you were not in violation, please contact our Customer Care and tell us why.
Regards,
Yahoo! Customer Care"

But I have never posted any content in it. So I need approval. I send an E-mail to explain such damn abuse.

And I got the reply:

Are Yahoo serious? I clicked every link, no related selection! What's the hell!!

The only way to be reinstated is to appeal. Appeal violations/suspensions using link in email, or this form:

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers/first_appeal.html

Direct confrontation will not work and will only hinder your appeal process. I know of at least 2 people this week alone that have had their appeal granted and their account reinstated, but both of them had to wait several days for that to happen.

Appeals should be polite, concise, and state clearly how the account did NOT violate the rules, not rant, whine, complain or demand to know why or how it DID. Good luck.

It's the third time to be suspended with no reason...I feel so gloomy!

 

I had same prob from yahoo ! my three account has been locked ,and no reason behind ! and i shared all thing with customer center but no response as i want ! i think there is some hacking software in yahoo ,and bad people are using that software to
locked any id as they want and there is no solution ..

the best way is indeed try to send them some support ticket and do something to verify that your are the real owner of the site .

It could be someone is using your account, as the above poster said. Submit a support ticket and explain it to them.

 

Actually i have some problem with yahoo there for i don't use the yahoo

 

It sounds so complicated, I don't wanna waste my time to find something and send to a useless services. I wish Yahoo will be closed down sooner sincerely! From Now on!

 

do they ban you if you copy contents from other sites and post as your answer without mentioning it in the sources?

Normally appeal will not work. It is worthy to create another account.

 

The thing you should do is contact the admin and tell him the things, also aks him for help

 

I agree I had an accounts banned from Yahoo answers. I tried to appeal but no luck.
