    I am wondering what you guys think about this website I designed. I am fairly new at designing sites so please give me your honest opinion and what I can do to change things around. If you thinks it looks great the way it is, than please let me know.

    I think that you should ask yourself what kind of website this really is. You have a lot going on there. The structure is navigational but when I see this website the first thing I wonder is who made it? Do you know what I'm saying? It has no identity.

    Maybe you could get a stock photo of a woman and a pen name and say that it is her website on burning belly fat?

    I think that is an old fashioned site , you check for thend in some places like themeforest to checkout about trends or web-mate.gr

    Nice idea with the site but, as has been mentioned in a previous post; there's a lot going on. I think there's a number of different themes out there which would suit your site much better. Like you said it's your first time so it isn't bad for a first attempt.

    not bad but need more color the header image adding a bright blue so something in that banner would stand out the red shirt stands out but the whole banner is dark blue and the grey is okay but image dodger blue or ummm another blue color would be reflex blue would brighten it I think.
