The site looks good but there are some serious issues. The first slider that came up was for Mt Bromo but I couldn't click on it to get info about your packages and had to check out more of the site. I wouldn't want you lose someone because they couldn't get their info straight away. I visited Mt Bromo in '94 and it was amazing!!! You have an easy product to sell. Way back then I couldn't understand why tour operators didn't ply their customers with free beer and food in the evening in exchange for a little proof reading. We'd had to catch a bus up the afternoon before and sleep in a freezing cold hut and there was little to do that evening other than talk and play cards. Going over menus, brochures etc would have been an interesting diversion (no websites back then). Take a look at your menu. The text in white doesn't work, has inconsistent use of upper and lower case and in some cases is totally unnecessary. The yellow labels do the job all on their own. To give a decent review I'd actually want to spend a couple of hours checking through the site for those little things that just don't work. On the surface, though, it looks great so there are no really big issues. Remove the histats counter - that's very uncool - use google analytics or some counter that doesn't need a display on your site. And remove the Best Tour Agent image - it's not clickable so I can't verify which organisation has given you this award so it's pointless. The image is also low quality and stretched out which looks sloppy and unprofessional. While I was typing the site suddenly wanted to refresh and threw a 500 error and now I can't get back to it. Get your hosting checked out.
The site design is great but it is not that inviting. Though, pictures are provided I feel there is still something missing on the site to make it more interesting for visitors like me.
