    My eyes did not know where to go on this:
    1. no strong color or box catching the eye - see www. colonyofsanmarcos . com/
    2. my eye purposely ignored the 4x logo on the right b/c it thought it was a banner ad
    3. i didn't even NOTICE the top navigation because it's so soft
    4. bascially, THERE IS NOT STRONG COLOR on the site directing the eye, and there's no icon/paradigm to tie left brain with right brain
    5. numbered text below not easy to read; consider putting in light-colored box with rounded corners, www . hilllcountrylandmand . com/ look for loan calculator link

    Sorry to say but that landing page really is a mess. It's just an eye sore. There have already been posted some excellent tips here.

    The facebook like button is garbled in the text around it. One piece of advice I would give to you is that a landing page is supposed to grab the surfer's attention and try to get them to do something (call to action). Your landing page does not do either things. Check out other people's landing pages and see what they are doing right. Remember that online sales is like real life sales.
