Well, I don't understand what exactly you are trying to do -- your example feed only points to a web page.

No PM, sorry. I think you should read up on RSS Feeds (GOOGLE that) before you go any further -- an understanding of the basics and underlying principles is important if you are going to generate and manage them.

I like to personally manage my RSS Feeds -- check my Home Page for information if you interested in doing that.
