Buying I need WordPress Plugin Created

    Hi, I need a WordPress Plugin created, basically it needs to function and look similar to the 'Menu' on http://legalmarijuanadispensary.com/?option=com_content&view=article&id=9015&Itemid=118
    Here are the specific needs:
    Backend: ability to add/modify specific 'menu items' set price, image, description, etc.
    Frontend: I need it to be graphically appealing, similar to the link above

    Please let me know if this is something you can do, time-frame for completion, and quote price.
