i need wordpress backing up

    some how my sites caught malware and i have been going through so much trying to get them back and running normal. would like for someone to help me backup my blogs on wordpress because my host said for me to try and update the themes, plugin ect. i dont want to lose anything.

    I am not sure if I can do this or not. There are a number of negatives on your iTrader. What is the deal there?
