Buying I need Word Press Designer

    I need:
    1. Create wordress template based on my psd template
    1st page
    2d page
    3d sales page etc.

    2.Remove all content from my OpenCart e-commerce website to word press (several languages)
    3. integrate with shopping card

    Can you please specify the amount of products and number of languages?
    We assume you mean shopping cart and the cart would need to be localized too?
    Do we need to localize just the products data or WP menu's and navigation also need to be localized? What about images? Will you provide the localization strings, images and data?
    Any particular reasons to choose wordpress for this...
