Buying I need websites built will pay $300 per site

I have many different sites I need done I am willing to pay $300 per site to be designed and coded. Here are examples of sites I like

http://www.wildfiremarketinggroup.com/ I like the layout just dont need the flash a different header and color scheme maybe a blue instead of the green.

http://www.marion.com/ just get rid of the awarded work area and most of the gray area at the bottom since we dont want a blog or testimonial.

http://mediassociates.com/ minus the blog feed and we can put something else there.

http://www.fortunemarket.net/ I like the colors here no need for flash.

Just send me a link that has a pic of your rework of the site if I like I will pay you $300 and then you finish coding and send me the files. I will respond to any questions here or through pm. I have other sites I need done that are more difficult.
