I need webmaster tools, who can help?

    I need webmaster tools, like checking pagerank, backlink, looking whois etc.
    Where can i find these are? (free) or who can code this script for me and how much it's price? :)

    I'll use it for my webmaster forum. like: tools.LLLL.com
