Can u help me a bit. I need webhosting that allows me upload files using broser. Im on the move a lot so I do not have a time to be at home using FTP softwares etc and if you can lead me into hosting that allows me upload files with broser and its free, I salute you! Oh and I do have a domain so I hope this webhosting allows me to use my domain I just got from Godaddy Thanks
I'm assuming you mean ability to upload files via a browser? If that's the case, any provider should be able to accommodate you, especially if this provider gives you a control panel to use (cPanel or Plesk, etc...). You should have no issues using a domain you purchased from GoDaddy with an alternate hosting provider, all you need to do is update the nameservers to ones your host will provide you with once you sign up. Do you have any other requirements, such as disk space/bandwidth? What's your budget? Server location specific? There are many variables which could influence your decision as many, if not all providers, offer a web-based file upload tool. Many hosts offer deeply discounted rates as a promotion, and also offer a money back guarantee, so you should be safe to try whatever host you sign up for and get your money back if it wasn't what you needed, be sure to check if they offer the m/b guarantee before signing up though
I do Facebook fanpage layouts/templates..and I just wanna have a very simble 1 or 2 page website where I can upload templates ( pics ) for people to see and where I can host pics and css.files for css templates..thats all I need..therefore I just dunno what hosting co to choose cos I dont need that much..
Hello, Just about any web host will be able to meet your requirements. If you don't need much the best thing to do is contact a couple of web hosting companies asking for a custom package. Good luck! Jack
best webhosting...if u can try it..it is best domainwebhosting..they support online.and phone support also
I would suggest Hostgator and I would stay away from Godaddy. The reason being is that Godaddy servers are unsecured. In fact just a few months ago a bunch of websites on Godaddy were hacked. The worst part was that they lied to their customers when asked about it. If you want to be ripped off and lied to then go with Godaddy. Also chances are that all hosting packages will allow you to use your browser to upload files to the server. If they don't have the option available then it's not a good hosting company.
Think hosting services from webhostgiant and marblehost will be good for you, the OP. Check out them to assure in that.
Well, every hosting's cpanel has file manager. you can upload your file easy. And you can edit online and save it right there. it's not a big deal. I believe 99% of the hosting has file manager if they have Cpanel.
