i need Web page for estate agents

    I need a web page for realestate. will never have more than 300 properties. needs search engine and be very google friendly. Live on an island where every third person is an estate agent LOL. No but I do have overwhelming competition.
    I like black and platinum, name is platinum properties I have logo. budget tight
