    10 dollars would get you nowhere..
    maybe like 200 directory submisions, where u can submit for a certain keyword, hopefully rank, and than get traffic from SE's

    umm, $10? I would spend it trying to get a cheap Adwords voucher and get some targeted traffic. And then you should spend some time submitting to directories and posting in forums etc to get some links.
