    and game If possible

    but without ffmpeg and flvtool2

    my server did not allow ffmpeg

    If you want to upload & convert the videos on the fly, you must have ffmpeg or other similar tools... or if you just want to use embed video code.. you can use wordpress, drupal or joomla to achieve this.
