not in usa because it is slow for me . i need good reviews as hostgator have but in europe. something that give great support and great hosting options!

Agreed, ovh is cheap but reliable. Can't go wrong with them. Also comes with geolocation (datacenters are all in France, but IP can be geolocated in many EU countries).
