Buying i need VB installed

    i am looking for someone who can install vbulletin for me.. i have the latest version and need it installed.. i need a couple other things as well, such as installing a mod or so.. and a skin.. or if u can make custom skins.. let me know.. please pm me your msn messenger i need this done ASAP.
