When you email adsense support, try to ask them why it was banned from adsense and try to put your story across, you should be able to get it unbanned if there has been a Whois change.

Although what Josef said is true, it is extremely unlikely that a domain will be unbanned, whatever the circumstances.

    Hello,

Adsense usually gets disabled for just one website when the website's content is not in compliance with the Adsense TOS. If you bought the website including the content or plan in using same type of content (ie: video streaming) Adsense will not un-block the domain. However, if your content is going to be in compliance with Adsense TOS, then it's worth trying to un-block it.

Also, ask the seller why it was banner and why he did not disclose it before the sale. I think we need some disclosure law in the domain sale business. Alas, we don't have the lobbying power.

    Here is their email.[adsense-support@google.com].
But, I think they don't respond to unban requests.

Mail them and include whois change, and if u bought only the domain then also explain that u have also changed the content of the site. Then pray tht they will unbann then domain.
