Nice domain. Need improve this design.

 

At first look i didn't know where was this search for (UK, Europe, USA), so maybe write somewhere that it is for US region.

 

I hate looking for jobs, but your site is not bad. Quite generic and professional, which is just what you want when you are job hunting, so on that front it works well. my only suggestion would be to match the length of your first field with the adsense leader board, also maybe use googles rounded corners thing for that ad so it matches the design below. good work, keep at it!

I think it looks really professional.

 

I think is better you place yourself logo at the top of your website.

 

first impression, it looks like a directory. if you can make it a little less complex and direct your visitors in a particluar order, I guess it will be a bit better, because I almost got lost and did not know what to look for...
