I need TWO php script CODED! PTSU (paid-to-sign-up) and PTD/S (paid-to-digg/stumble).

    I need a PTSU - Paid to Sign-up and a PTD/S - Paid to Digg/Stumble script coded.


    PTSU:
    1. Can work with Google Refs
    2. and Commision Junction
    3. Payout only through PAYPAL!!!
    4. Both Affiliate and Advertising sections
    5. Custom ADMIN section to configure everything
    6. etc

    PTD/S:
    1. Auto Digg/Thumbs-Up Checker
    2. Only PAYPAL!
    3. Affiliate and Advertising sections, plus the Affiliates ability to use money in account for Diggs/Stumbles
    4. All the other PTD/S sites fail because the price is very high, so custom ADMIN section to configure everything (ex. price for digg for advertisers, payout minimum, how much to give affiliates per stumble, etc)
    5. etc


    BEFORE YOU CODE ANYTHING PLEASE POST A PRICE AMOUNT AS I KNOW HOW MUCH I AM WILLING TO PAY, BUT DON'T CODE AND SAY THE PRICE IS $500,000 FOR THE SCRIPT AS YOU WILL BE IGNORED!
