Buy a new hosting account for your primary domain name and move your site files to there. Also maybe able to change the domain name for your current hosting account. Then just backup your files and database and after domain changed then upload them again.

As I said in my previous post, Just download all forum files and all mySQL database. ( Better ask someone to move database for you if you never did this before.) Your forum data like posts, threads, etc. are in mySQL database. Then Upload files and database to the new domain hosting account. No installation needed. This is what I did several times for vbulletin. I think will be same to any other forums scripts.
