    You also want to make sure that your target sites are sites that people from those regions frequent. If it is a site where not many U.S. or U.K. users visit then there is really no way to increase your traffic from those regions.

    Your doing great, Hopefully you have your own site so you can SEO it! Include the united states and united kingdom in your keyword optimizing. Or like somebody else said you can go into a banner exchange and target your visitors. Do your research on the exchange prior to signing up!
