1. Wrong forum 2. Never say things like Google Ranking Assured 100%: Professional SEO Company & Affordable SEO Services! 3. Get someone to speak for you and rework your content, it makes no sense. 4. Most reputable SEO folks are not going to rank an SEO site that has, what can only be described as, completely absurd SEO practices. For instance, stuff like "Bold texts adjustment" really? I am frankly at a loss for words after looking over your SEO site. I submit the following though, you should likely flesh out a few standard practices from this decade before you take any clients.
