    REALLY targeted is adwords. That is it shows your ad when somebody searches for a keyword matching your ad. That means they WANT it and your ad is displayed next 5to natural search result.

    all OTHER "targeted" is pure BS. PTC (paid to click) user from China, putting a check mark against "Finance/Mortgage" category is not so targeted is it?

    SOO...

    You either pay $$ (that is up to double digit per click) to Google for highly targeted clicks (almost leads, but still may be garbage)

    OR

    you buy very generic real human traffic for a fraction of a cent per visit, hopping that there will be certain PERCENTAGE who MIGHT be interested in mortgages, and this is where you may get your ROI far better than with that highly targeted clicks everybody is bidding on.

    BUT I guess you KNOW it already, otherwise you would not look for value on DP, would you?
