I need to transfer money from paypal to moneybookers

    Just withdraw money from your pp account to your bank account and then upload funds from bank account to your mb account.

    careful, you're in the drill paypal by someone else! Do not give your password and email it to others or you will lose everything. if you're having trouble transverse money, read the instructions paypal. good luck.

    get a person who had both account . they do this on 10% fee . i know some guys or you can personally find them on money exchange forums .
    PS- paypal do not allow money exchange . your account might be limited or closed .

    Advise you to contact Moneybookers directly to see if its possible for you to directly transfer the money from your PayPal account to your MB account. If you don't have a bank account you should sign up for one in your country/region to transfer funds between your PP account and your bank account (checking or savings).
