    I think they have a support phone number. When I was frustrated with them I went to their Contact Us form and let loose on them how a billion dollar company could have such basic programming errors and problems--and missing fields that SHOULD be there.

    They basically locked my account for no reason I could find. Random "review" check... yeah ok.

    After venting on them for all this my account was unlocked the next day.

    i did one at the time, but the kept limiting every other. the limit my accounts for no reason, im losing big money.

    Maybe they red flag your particular ip address in their system :rolleyes:

    BTW you can't contact paypal's CEO though you can contact their support system through phone numbers.

    You probably used same name and details on each ;)

    Their email support is quite worthless.. takes them 2-3 weeks to reply every time and they usually just send you an "automated" reply.

    You might get through by calling them
