Well the world amazes me. So I've decided to make a collection of currencys from around the world. My friend told me on Msn that you cant send INR out of the country. I live in USA. any ideas?
really i did not know about this. but i have few dollars , pounds ,singapore coins , old british coins , stamps and british maps
A small amount. Its just a collection and im dead broke. But I can spare at least $20 USA + shipping fees.
Ship them via Fedex then. Make sure you keep the stuff concealed in something you know like for example take an envelope (the ones that are clothed from the inside for better protection), then remove some of the cloth, hide the cash there, and stick the cloth right over it again, then keep a letter inside the envelope so that it is apparent at the first sight that its just a letter. It should go through.
Good idea :-D. Chand you must have an awesome collection. Im really interested into weird stuff like that.
get it scanned lol may be you will get free btw you know any forum ( market place) for this kinda of stuffs )
Lol =p Well I don't know any currency forums for this. If you can name a few much would be appreciated :-D
no idea from me also. i have coins , stamps , books , maps ranging from 1940 i think some museums may be considered as end users for this kinda stuff
Are you looking to part with any of it? Or even your own currency? I need to build my collection and I have a lot of time to do so.
means ? my collections are some what unique. so cant share because of single copy only i have and i too love collecting things i have macintosh disk , old ibm floppies , 95 MS boot disks also its may seems kinda funny to others but i love to collect
Just ask any Indian in US and they will have some at their home. I had on me while I was in US. They may give it to you for free as it is not much worth in US. 1INR =4.75cents. If not just pay the cents and get the bill.
I had taken some INRs while going abroad else while coming back how does one pay taxi fare, railway fare and reach back home ? I guess there is some upper limit however.
You need to declare if you are carrying more than 12000/- does not matter which currency u r carrying.
