i need to run the downloaded version of my site locally.. please help..

i need your help.. i tried to copy my whole remote website including importing all the databases to localhost. but when i tried to access http://localhost/folder-name it redirects to http://websitename/localhost-foldername. what should i do? i want to run the downloaded version of my website locally. i already renamed the httacess but nothing happened. can you please help me. thanks a lot for your inputs

 

Can you please check the $live_site is set in the configuration.php?
