I'm using VB .NET and need to read captcha images, so I'm looking for source code or a component etc, that can do this. It could be either free or paid (resonable cost) code / cpmponent ! If you have or know where to get it, please pm me!
The whole point of captchas is that you can't read them on a computer. You'll probably be a bit stuck with some of the more advanced captchas such as recaptcha. There's continual research into the area of reading these, but I doubt any source code with a reasonable hit rate is available. You're probably better off hiring people in a country with a low wage to fill in the captchas!
You could try using http://nemesis.te-home.net/Projects/Captcha/ No guarantee it will work on the captcha you´re trying to bypass, but worth a try since it´s free.
