it depends on your genetics. But 2 vitally important things you will need to do. 1 eat allot more food and when I say food I do not mean hot dogs chips soda and other white trash garbage that many people call food. I am talking about meat vegtables rice potatoes fruit not from a can in addition to a supplement but be careful because many suppleents can have very bad effects on your body with to much in a short time and lastly do allot of exercise yoga weight lifting or a martial art to keep you limber as well as gain mass why you want to gain mass anyway?
