SeoClerks for Premium SEO? O...K! Two of the best - distilled.net and branded3.com and these are definitely premium, with prices to match. (You won't find good quality SEO on the cheap. The only way to cut costs is learn yourself, manage it and outsource particular tasks but not the whole thing. Even do some of the tasks yourself, to make sure it's done right and not spammed (such as managing your social media campaign).
Premium ?? What do you want acutally ? If you can get quality and affordable seo services from any site by seaching in Google then why you want only premium ? Do you want to spend more money than others ??
Fiverr or Seoclerks are hardly premium. You need someone who can guide you through process in terms of keywords research, on-page optimization, and link building needs to be whitehat at the very bare minimum. Anything less just doesn't cut it. Preferably also someone who is online daily who can answer questions.
