Well , lets take an example , suppose i give the details of my friends bank to paypal when registering for business account . Then i can request for paypal debit card right ? So if i deposit money from paypal to paypal debit card , will my friend get that money through his bank account ? (that debit card is with me and not with him also paypal password known to me only) .
